Altimeter data format (fast delivery products):
format(1x,a20,1x,i3)   : header, containing the date (at the ascending node), 
and the relative orbit number
format(1x,f7.3,1x,f9.3,1x,f5.2,1x,f6.2)  : latitude (-90 to 90¡), 
longitude (0 to 360¡), wind speed (m/s) and wave height (m)
 

MWR data format :
format(1x,a24,1x,i3) : header, containing the date (middle of the orbit, 
as received at Kiruna), and the relative orbit number
format(4(1x,f7.2)) : latitude (-90 to 90¡), longitude (-180 to 180¡), 
brightness temperatures at 23.8 and 36.5 GHz (K)
Water vapour algorithm :
	 WV= 34.89 - 12.372*Ln(280-Tb24) + 5.581*Ln(280-Tb36) - 0.026*(Us-7), 
with :
Tb24, Tb36 : brightness temperatures at 23.8 and 36.5 GHz, respectively
Us : surface wind speed

All data are given by orbit, in the ASTEX domain (22 to 43¡N, 10 to 
35¡W) between 1 and 30 June. Note that the first orbit in the 35 day 
cycle is on 6 June. The time samplings of the two instrument are slightly 
different : 1s for the altimeter, 1.2s for the radiometer.
