FIRE Cirrus IFO Phase II

                             Parsons, Kansas

        Information on instrumentation and the data can be found in the
        corresponding CSU blue book on the Parsons site.  The PRT-6 was
        not run in a continueous mode. Data was collected during the 
        period from 18 Nov 1991 (day 322) to 7 Dec 1991 (day 341).  When
        operating, data was sampled every 5 seconds.  The site was at 
        37 deg 18 min N and 95 deg 07 min W.

        FILES: There are 15 data files in ParPRT6.tar.Z.  They are
               named mmmdd.prt6 where mmm is the month (nov or dec),
               and dd is the day (UTC) when the data were colleted.

        FORMAT: Free Format

                   equivalent brightness temperature (K)

         WARNING:  There are temporal gaps in the data.
