GEWEX-RFA Data Set Description

Please maintain a copy of this form for each data product (defined by
<DataProduct>_<ProductVersion> as in the "File Conventions" document)
you submit to GEWEX-RFA, and submit an updated copy of the file with
EACH upload.  This file will serve as the documentation for the entire
data product within the assessment effort.

ERBE/ERBS + NOAA 9 Scanner 2.5 degree monthly mean data from 02/85 to 10/86.

     parameter; changed to area-weighted spatial averaging, etc.)  Please
