I thought it might be useful to you. The information is public and can be shared and referenced freely. Xcel is the largest supplier of gas in Colorado, but not the only one. It should provide a upper constraint for methane emissions from sources as it represents end user delivered gas. We would expect methane mole ratios to be much lower at production sites. We have various zone in our system and these data are the annual average for each zone on a %mass and %mole basis. Hope this gives you a better idea of the make-up of the gas with respect to VOCs, methane, ethane, etc. Also attached is a copy of our natural gas tariff. It does not have specifications for VOCs nor methane, just heat content and other specific parameters. Hope this information is helpful.
