About this event:

The Dynamics and Chemistry of the Summer Stratosphere (DCOTSS) team is hosting a free open data workshop for anyone interested to learn how to access and conduct analysis on DCOTSS data. DCOTSS, a NASA Earth Venture Suborbital (EVS-3) research project was conducted during the Summers of 2021 and 2022 with a primary focus of sampling outflow from tropopause-overshooting thunderstorms. This workshop will briefly review the DCOTSS mission, data access via the Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC) and provide a demonstration of DCOTSS data analysis. The workshop will also provide a forum for open discussion of the DCOTSS data and support of data users outside of the DCOTSS Science Team.
